We're live right now, you guys. Just earlier, I was on the new platform, Amazon Live, doing the
Medical Meaning Cooking Show. I'm just letting everybody know on IG. I got Telegram on right
now. I got TikTok on right now. So it's a new cooking show I'm doing. I'm sharing all kinds
of information, things I use, things in my kitchen that I use, all the details, you know what I mean?
Things that I can't get to normally because I'm talking about life-saving information instead,
right? Every time I'm talking about all diseases, symptoms, conditions, what the causes are,
Right? I'm doing all those things, you guys. But on this Amazon Live show, the link is in the description. Make sure you subscribe to my Amazon platform, Medical Medium Cooking Show. Make sure you subscribe to the Medical Medium Cooking Show because I'm going to be sharing tips I don't share anywhere else, anywhere. Like nowhere else. Tips I've never shared anywhere, anyhow.
How? Tips on every single fruit, vegetable, herb, spice, wild food, you name it, leafy green, right?
Tips on all of these things, okay?
Just so you know, and I never share them with anybody.
I've never shared them with anybody at all.
So this is really going to be good.
And the tips are mind-blowing.
Some of them are mind-blowing.
Maybe some of them you might not like.
Maybe some of them you may really love.
But there's a lot of cool stuff going on.
And I'm going to run a few of those tips with you now, just so you know.
So what's cool about the Amazon Live that I did today, if you guys just came on here, the Amazon Live, right, that I did today, link is in the description.
Link is in, right, right in there in the bio.
So make sure you check it out, you guys.
Link is there.
So make sure you look and you'll see the link, right?
So it's really cool because I'm cooking on the show.
But I'm not just cooking on the show.
I'm showing all the little gadgets I use and things like that, all the stuff that I use and do.
But I'm not just doing that.
I'm sharing tips that I've never shared with anybody else anywhere, anyhow.
Okay, so that's the cool thing.
So let's go down to it.
Let's get down to it, all right?
Now, I made a recipe today, okay?
I made a recipe today.
I made it out of Cleanse the Heal.
The mini pizzas is what I made out of Cleanse the Heal.
So that's what I made.
I'm just showing you.
This is Cleanse the Heal. If you don't have the book, get a copy of it. Amazon.com, 51% off. Your mind will be blown when you read the book. It's a little disclaimer because your mind will be blown. If you think you know a lot about health, check out the book and you'll find out how much you don't know and how much you need to know.
right? But I made a recipe out of this book right here out of Cleanse the Heal. And I made the mini
potato pizzas today, right? So there's the mini potato pizzas. That's a gluten-free crust, but
not just a gluten-free crust. That's a potato crust, which is really fun. That's what I made
today, right? Here's some showing you guys. TikTok, you see that? Amazon, you see that, right? I mean,
IG, you see that? TikTok, you see that? And Telegram, you see that? So let's go over some
the tips. I talked about zucchinis today. That's one thing I talked about. You'll see the little
divots in here. What are these little divots? Check that out. So the divots are me cutting
out spots. What spots am I cutting out? If you guys just saw this where we were just talking
about it earlier. What spots am I talking about? People's fingernails. Those spots right there.
leaving all the bacteria, viruses, pathogens, right?
Leaving all that in feces.
So what happens is when you're shopping for zucchinis,
people don't realize it,
but feces is underneath everybody's fingernails.
So you got to keep that in mind.
So poop's underneath everybody's fingernails.
So they go looking for zucchinis
and they go, I'll go grab this one.
I'll go grab this one.
And their fingernail digs in there.
That's what it does.
And their fingernail digs in there.
So I'm just showing you guys
that looks like on TikTok.
Showing you guys what that looks like, right?
You see?
So when you're shopping, people are, you know,
they're scooting around with a shopping cart, right?
There's strep.
There's simplex one.
There's herpes.
Everything is on the handles.
Everybody's herpes from their cold sores and fever blisters.
Everybody's just, they're touching their handles, right?
So they're going along and then they get to the zucchini section.
And the skin on the zucchini is so thin, so thin,
that all you do is touch it and their nails go in and it does that.
So now you can go and buy the zucchini and you can go wash it at home
and it's not going to change anything unless you dig those out
because it embeds it into the zucchini.
So you have to dig out their fingernail spots.
Some zucchinis you won't see it because it'll be a fresh batch.
Nobody got to it, but sometimes the produce manager
jabs every last one of them with his or her fingers.
and then the fingernails are in there.
And so you got to cut those little spots out.
You see a fingernail spot, you got to cut it out.
You got to get that bacteria out of the zucchini
because if you go and have raw zucchini now,
if you go have a piece of raw zucchini
and it's got that in there, you got to look out.
So that's a tip right there on its own.
Another tip, which you don't see on here,
but the butt of the zucchini had a hard spot
where the flour was.
That hard spot turns rock hard.
People don't know when they throw it in a salad
and all of a sudden somebody, their neighbor's eating over, their family member's eating over,
somebody's eating over, and all of a sudden they bite and they crack a tooth. And now you're
responsible for somebody with a cracked tooth because you didn't cut off the butt. No one knows
it. You don't see that in cooking shows. I don't care who the best chef in the world is. They don't
know that that's what happens. These are tips that are critical. They don't know about the fingernails
leaving all the bacteria. So you're going to hear tips that you've never heard before
in that cooking show, the Medical Me and Cooking Show link. Check out the link. It's in,
you know, you know, the whole bit there. You can go hit the link, the Amazon live link, right?
It's in the bio. The link is in the bio and you can go and watch the show I just did,
the cooking show I just did. So you might want to catch it if you can,
because you don't want to miss that show. It's really that good. Just so you know. Okay.
So I'm talking about other tips too. So let me give you an arugula tip. This is what I'll do. Instead of the onion tip, I'll give you the arugula tip. So here's a really good one. Now just keep in mind, subscribe to the Amazon Live Medical Medium Cooking Show. Link is in the bio. Subscribe and follow. Follow the show because you're going to see me each week give you tips and information on what I use and do and all the different tips on fruits and vegetables.
tips that will blow your mind that no one ever knew. You can't Google them. You can't find them.
They're medical medium. It's like all the original medical medium information and unique medical
medium information. So here's some tips on arugula. A couple of them right here. Okay.
If you're shopping for arugula in the package, right? And you see moisture in the package with
arugula, moisture in there, like you see wet arugula in the package. That means the package
has a hole in it. It's not
sealed. Because they seal. Arugula
packages are sealed.
They're sealed. And what happens is
that means moisture got in.
Moisture got in.
But moisture builds up inside
the arugula and the arugula gets
all wet. And then it can harbor
bacteria.
You want your arugula dry
and fluffy. When you're buying
arugula, it has to be dry
and fluffy. That's when you
have good arugula. There's another tip about
arugula too. That's really great. Okay. This one's interesting. If you see a yellow piece of arugula
or another yellow piece or another yellow piece, you see more than one yellow piece in there and
you're seeing yellow pieces, but it's still green. Don't buy that one. That's an old bag or old
package of arugula. Don't buy that package. Wait until it comes back. Another one comes around and
it's fresh. Okay. That means it's old. So that's an important tip about arugula right there.
here's a tip right here I always talk about herbs for leafy greens but you guys might know that tip
because it's a medical medium tip I share in a lot of the platform platforms right talk about this
in books too is you you use the herb as a leafy green you use the herb as a leafy green right
just like basil you use it as a leafy green don't use it as just a little piece here a couple little
pieces here. Learn how to use it in salads. Learn how to eat a lot of it. Use it as if it was lettuce.
Use it as a leafy green critical point right there. That's a normal medical medium standard
tip right there. Now there's a tip on basil. You're just going to have to check out and watch.
Okay. So when you go to Amazon live, the link is in the bio right there. Okay. On TikTok,
you guys link is in the bio, IG links in the bio, right? Telegram. When you sign up,
not sign up, it's free, whatever. When you follow Medical Medium Cooking Show on Amazon Live,
you'll learn about the basil tip, which was really cool. That one was cool, okay? It was about bad
breath. It was about using basil for bad breath. It was about using basil, but that's not the tip.
Wait till you hear the tip, which is really cool. So check that out. And then I did an onion tip. I
did a mushroom tip too. We'll do a mushroom one. This is fun, you know, because I'm not going to
be doing these tips on here. I'm going to be just talking about on here on the IG and the telegram
and the TikTok. I'm just going to be talking about diseases, symptoms, and conditions like I've always
had, true causes, all the different kind of protocols and therapies. I'm going to be always
talking about that, right, you guys? But I'm not going to be talking about all these tips. These
tips are going to be on that Amazon cooking show that I'm doing, all the different stuff I use. So
let's talk about the mushroom tip right here real quick, okay? So when it comes down to mushrooms,
This is an important one too, right?
When you wash your mushrooms, first of all, you got to wash your mushrooms.
That's first of all.
When you wash your mushrooms, you have to use hot water.
You can't use cold water.
You can't use lukewarm water.
You have to use hot water.
That's what you have to use, all right?
So keep that in mind, hot water.
The reason why is because the manure these grow in harbor E. coli.
They harbor bugs like E. coli.
So what happens is you'll have the dirt on these mushrooms and that dirt can contain E. coli.
But washing it with cold water is not going to guarantee killing anything off.
You have to wash in hot water.
It doesn't have to be boiling or scalding hot water, but you've got to wash in hot water.
Keep that in mind.
That's really important.
Okay?
So you put it in a big bowl and you wash in hot water.
And here's another thing that this is leading me to tell you guys and fill you in on.
On this new cooking show I'm doing, I'm going to be showing you all my washing techniques.
So if you guys want to see, I never showed you guys my washing techniques.
I never showed you that.
And if you guys want to watch all my washing techniques, because I'm going to do a whole bunch of different shows,
on the washing techniques, if you want to see all those for all the different fruits, vegetables, wild herbs, everything, the mushrooms, whatever.
If you want to see those washing techniques, click that link below.
Make sure you follow, meaning that, you know, click the link in the bio, look for the link in the bio,
and make sure you look for the Amazon Live cooking show, right?
The Medical Medium cooking show on there.
So it's Amazon Live cooking show because I'm going to show you all the different techniques.
So let's talk about mushroom for a second.
So when it comes down to mushrooms, right, you want mushrooms that aren't pitted.
This one's barely pitted.
It's barely pitted. It's more like, it's more dented with a bruise or two, but it's not pitted.
You don't want the pitted mushrooms. It's critical. The pitted mushrooms is oxidation. So that means
the mushrooms oxidize it. And when mushrooms oxidize, they're toxic. They're more toxic.
Because oxidization, that oxidated material right there, okay, vegetation, right, on the mushroom,
on that fungus, right? That becomes a different type of oxidation. When it's mushroom oxidation,
it's toxic. So your mushrooms, you know, I love the portabellas. I love the mushrooms,
love the button mushrooms, chanterelles, whatever you want to eat, right? Whatever kind of mushrooms
you like, right? Bear's head, whatever mushrooms that you like, you want to make sure they're not
pitted out in dark pitted spots. This is oxidizing right there. So in that oxidizing can make somebody
sensitive to a mushroom and then they're just like well I don't do good with mushrooms I don't
like mushrooms I don't do good with mushrooms right so today when you go and you watch that
Amazon live when you watch the replay with all the different tips you'll see how I made the
the mini pizzas so the medical medium mini pizzas right here which are really cool potato crust
gluten-free so that's really awesome so I'm hoping you guys check it out and watch that live and make
sure you follow me on there because I'm not going to be talking about all these killer tips like
that I'm talking about here. I'm not going to talk about it anywhere else. You know, on this platform
here, on IG, on, you know, even on YouTube, right? Rumble and all that. You're doing different things.
Talk about symptoms, conditions, diseases, trendy traps, where people get sabotaged and you talk
about all kinds of other stuff. But the cooking show is going to be there, okay? And that's where
can learn these tips for the first time which is really exciting. So we'll do a
little onion tip for a second. Actually you guys can just watch the onion tip on
the Amazon live. So where can I get Medical Media Mini Pizza? You can get
it right here. Check it out. It's right here in the book, the Amazon book.
It's right here in the Medical Media book you can get on Amazon. So let's
go there. There it goes.

Right?
And you can get it. The book's right on Amazon.
It's 51% off. $16.99.

That's the mini pizza.

You should totally
go to, you know, check out the link in the
bio and watch the
Amazon Live because I'm going to be doing

and everything. Made these today
on there, so I'm really excited.
So I hope you guys get a chance. Check out the new Medical Meme Cooking Show. I'm still going to be on here talking about conditions and protocols and symptoms and true causes and all the life-saving medical information, right? Medical Meme information. But I'm also going to be doing the Medical Meme Cooking Show on Amazon Live. So I'm really pumped up about it, okay? Really pumped up about it.
When is the new book coming out?
Working hard on it every day while I'm still trying to deliver content to you guys,
powerful information, healing information, all of it, right?
So I wanted to do this cooking show differently, like the medical meeting cooking show.
So I did it on the Amazon Live platform, right?
But I wanted to do this cooking show where I show you guys things.
I don't show anybody anywhere on any of the platforms I've ever done.
stuff I do just with my family and me, but hundreds and hundreds of tips, never ending
tips about washing produce. It's going to be mind blowing. I'm going to show you all the washing
techniques I have. I'm going to show you all the different techniques on the Amazon live. I actually
talked about some tips about tomatoes too, about cherry tomatoes. That's going to be good. So check
that out when you check it out, watch that when you see it. Some cooking to help you stay inspired,
to stay healthy, to stay happy too. And some of these tips are also to keep you safe when you
think about it. Like with the whole mushroom thing, why you have to wash your mushrooms in hot water.
Nobody knew that. So that's important all on its own, right? About that, you know, I talked about
onions about like, you know, to avoid the rotten onions, to how to kind of look for it and understand
the best part of the onions. Talked about that on the show today. I talked about why I like the
tomato paste right here that I made the sauce, the pizza sauce with. So I talked about that on there
too. So it's going to be a lot of that kind of stuff. I'm going to show you like products with,
you know, and I'm not sponsored by these guys. This is just the tomato paste that I use
for the sauces that I make, which is really cool. And I talk about why I use this one, right?
So plant-based Lisa says, I missed it. Why do we need to wash mushrooms in hot water?
check out the link right there, link in the bio, and you'll see my Medical Medium Cooking Show,
Lisa, and you'll be able to find that out because there's going to be that plus so much more.
That's the tomato paste, Melody, that's the tomato paste you use, really? Incredible.
I did an Amazon Live today. So Lisa, I did an Amazon Live today, just so you know. It's my
new cooking show, Medical Medium Cooking Show, where I'm going to show everybody all this stuff.
The tips you can't hear anywhere else.
Not even from pro chefs all around the globe.
They don't know the tips.
And if you think that may not be possible,
how would medical medium know more about tips
than the best chefs in the world?
Well, try it.
Try me.
Try me.
Prove me wrong.
Prove me wrong and watch those cooking shows
and you tell me if you find that tip anywhere else.
Maybe one escaped from me or something
and got out and they're using,
but let me tell you,
you will see hundreds that haven't escaped,
haven't escaped the medical media mouth and got out there.
So you're going to see lots of those.
So that's really cool.
Anyway, you guys, look, I love you guys.
I'm excited about this whole new development.
And yeah, I'm going to eat.
I'm going to eat.
All right, take care of you guys.
